DL Clean Limited Round: Key Terms and Information
Thank you for joining the DL Clean Limited rounds! This page provides key information and our terms of service for all customers.
Reminders: You'll receive an email reminder a few days before each clean. We can also send a text reminder—just provide your mobile number to us.
Access is Essential: On your service day, you must provide unrestricted access to the working areas (e.g., gates unlocked, windows closed, no large obstructions).
If we can't access your windows, the full charge still applies.
A return visit to clean a missed area will be charged again at your full normal rate to cover extra travel costs.
Weather Policy: We clean all year round, even in the rain. Only extreme weather will force us to reschedule. Cancelling your clean due to rain may result in your removal from the regular round.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, notify us by email with a minimum of 2 days' notice to avoid the full charge.
Price Increases: Expect an annual price increase of 5% every October. We will notify you in advance of any other service price changes.
Regular Client Payment: All regular clients must use our secure Direct Debit payment portal (GoCardless). Payment is processed after the clean is marked as 'done.' Usually taking 7-10 days to process.
One-Off Services: Payment is required in advance via bank transfer to secure your booking.
Payment Terms: Where applicable (for non-Direct Debit services), payment is due within 14 days of the service date.
Late Payment: Payments not received within the 14-day term will incur:
An Administration Fee of £50.00.
Interest charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate and compensation.
Any other costs incurred by DL Clean Limited in recovering the outstanding debt.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied, notify us on the day or the very next day via email. We will return and re-clean the area as soon as possible, usually within 14 days. After this period, the service provided is assumed to have been accepted.
Method: We primarily use a pure water fed pole system for the exterior (including glass, uPVC frames, and sills).
Stubborn Marks: Our standard clean does not include the removal of hard water staining, scratches, or other deeply ingrained marks.
Spotting on First Cleans: Spotting along the edges of the glass may occur on the first few cleans as pure water draws out old chemical residue; this is normal and lessens over time.
This service operates on a separate schedule.
Payment: All payments must be processed via the secure Direct Debit payment system (GoCardless).
Preparation: Bins must be clearly marked with your house number.
Refusal of Service (Hazardous Waste): For the safety of our operators, DL Clean Limited reserves the right to refuse to clean any bin containing hazardous contamination. This includes, but is not limited to: needles, broken glass or other sharps, asbestos, human or animal faeces, or excessive amounts of unbagged general waste. If service is refused due to hazardous contamination, the full service charge will still apply.
Debris: Any large debris or solid waste caught in the catchment tray will be bagged and placed back inside your own bin.
Access: Bins must be placed at the front of your property, near the roadside, where they are easily accessible to our team.
Gutter Clearing: We use a powerful gutter vacuum system from the ground. Please ensure an electricity supply is available. Any debris collected will be bagged and left inside your own wheelie bin. We are not liable for leaks that become apparent after blockages are cleared. We do not provide a repair service.
Solar Panels: Cleaning is done with water fed pole equipment from the ground. Better results may require costly access equipment (scaffolding), which will incur additional charges.

Provide safe and clear access to the working areas and clear all animal waste.
Photos: We take before and after photos for our internal job report. We may also use close-up, non-identifiable photos for social media unless you notify us in advance that you do not consent.
